Sample ordering procedure
1. Please kindly contact one of our sales consultants to confirm the models, the quantity and the price of products interested, express agent, delivery fees, payment procedure, and delivery time arrangement.
2. Please send the receipt of payment to our consultant by email or fax.
3. Our consultant will confirm the details of delivery by email or fax as soon as the samples have been picked up by express agent.
4. Our consultant will contact you later to confirm the receipt of samples and your satisfaction with the samples.

Regular ordering procedure
1. Based on the pricelist provided by our sales consultant, place the order with the details of model numbers and associated quantity.
2. Our consultant will prepare the proforma invoice and confirm the preparation schedule for you, and discuss the details of shipment arrangement with you, including the shipment menthod, agent, freight, etc.
3. Once all the details above are confirmed and the payment has been received, products will be prepared and delivered as plan.
The regular terms & conditions are listed below for your reference:
a. Trade terms: EXW Shenzhen.
b. Payment terms: T/T before shipment.
c. Delivery lead time: 5 weeking days after the receipt of payment.
d. Packaging: various sizes of carton.

Customization service
The service of silk-print, label, imprint with customization logo are kindly provided if a MOQ is matched. The additional charges are required.
